Personal data we process

Browsing data (technical). Like every website, our systems implicitly acquire some technical data required to operate (for example IP address, browser type, pages visited). Such data is used solely to ensure the security and proper functioning of the site and is deleted after processing.

Data you voluntarily provide. The contact form on this site does not collect or store any data on a server: it simply composes an email message in your own mail client (the mailto: protocol), which is sent only if you voluntarily choose to send it. The data you transmit (name, email, company, message content) is processed exclusively to respond to your request.

Purposes and legal basis

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• responding to contact requests and handling pre-contractual measures — art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
• complying with applicable legal obligations — art. 6(1)(c) GDPR;
• ensuring site security and preventing abuse — art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Provision of data

Providing your data is optional. However, failing to provide the necessary data (for example your email address) makes it impossible to process your request.

Retention

Data is kept for the time strictly necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, to comply with applicable legal obligations. Browsing data is deleted after processing.

Recipients of the data

Personal data is not disclosed publicly. Technical providers used by the Controller (for example the hosting service) may become aware of the data and, where necessary, are appointed as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR. Any transfer of data outside the European Economic Area complies with arts. 44 et seq. GDPR.

Your rights

Within the limits of arts. 15–22 GDPR, you may exercise at any time the rights to:

• access, rectify and erase your data;
• restrict or object to the processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent, where given, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Cookies

This site does not use profiling cookies, third-party cookies or analytics tools. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the pages to function (for example correct site rendering) may be used; under the Italian DPA's decision of June 10, 2021, no consent is required for such cookies.

No browsing data is used to profile users or for advertising purposes.
